Travel Luggage

Saturday, June 7th, 2008

So you are planning a trip, but you are not quite sure how many pieces of luggage set you will require. Well at the very least you will need a carry-on bag, or tote bag, plus an additional bag that can be checked. A 22” upright rolling case will stow neatly in the overhead compartment and should carry enough for a small weekend trip. If you are planning to be away for a longer period of time, you will probably need a 29” with a slightly larger checked bag as well.  A quality samsonite luggage set will contain all of the items you need. The Valiance collection appeals to the experienced traveler with sophisticated tastes. The Rolling Garment Bag is one of their most popular models and comes with several key features that make traveling easier. The bag is beautifully tailored with a classic design of fine leather. It includes genuine leather zipper pulls and carry handles for maximum comfort and a refined style. The samsonite luggage garment bag features the Travel Sentry lock that utilizes a special code that is only available to authorized TSA security screeners. This allows them to identify, inspect, and re-lock cases quickly so that you don’t get held up waiting in security lines.

Tips for Affordable Vacations

Wednesday, March 12th, 2008

If you are ready to take an affordable vacation then you should know that you can find some amazing deals with packages. For example, if you look at London vacation packages where the flight, hotel, rental car, and more is all included for one price then you will usually get a better deal than if you were to try and book everything separately. Not to mention if you choose Italy vacation packages you will find that it saves you a great deal of time because you only have to book one time and then everything is taken care of. People who book cruise specials already know how nice it is to have everything included, and the same goes for other packages, too. This is perhaps the biggest tip to saving money because you receive discounts on each service by booking everything together. Another tip to saving money is to book in the off season. You can save hundreds and even thousands of dollars by booking your vacation at the lowest time of the year. Many people find these times more enjoyable for travel, too, simply because everything is not so crowded.

Travel with Infants

Wednesday, September 12th, 2007

When traveling with infants you want to prepare for everything that way no matter what happens you will have a solution. The first thing you should do is plan your Cabo San Lucas resort trip around your child’s naps. This might not be entirely possible but do your best to pick a flight that leaves shortly after your child has woken up from a nap so that he will be rested and happy and enough ahead of his next nap so that he can settle down easily during the trip. Make sure your child has eaten too before beginning a flight. You don’t want to have to feed your child on the flight unless you have to. That’s because it can be messy for baby, mom, and everyone else. Most flights to a Cabo resort should be fast so all you really need is to have a freshly changed baby who is well rested and well fed to have a great outcome. Then, when you arrive all you will have to do is check out the Cabo San Lucas vacation rentals and enjoy your vacation. Those are some basic tips to help you travel to Cabos with kids.

My grandparents just arrived from Los Angeles

Tuesday, February 13th, 2007

My grandparents just arrived from Los Angeles. They, of course brought something for all their grandchildren including me. Everybody searched the huge box but none dared look in the luggage. I was just staring at that carry-on luggage sitting beside the corner table. Uncle Tom noticed me staring at it and I realized I have been looking at the same direction for a couple of minutes now. It’s a Samsonite, he said. I said, I like its shape and color. It looks so elegant. When he said Samsonite, I thought it’s a kind of luggage. Pardon me, I don’t know much about luggage since I have been using the same traveling bag for years now and haven’t bought a new one. Days after I heard Samsonite again, this time from a friend. He was talking to his wife about where to buy a good luggage to bring for a three day trip. The wife mentioned the name and I told myself, “So, Samsonite is a brand name.” Funny, I don’t know but I give no damn to whatever brand my luggage is as long as it’s durable, long-lasting and most especially budget-friendly. But at least I have an idea now where to buy my sister a good luggage. She loves to travel a lot and she mentioned to me once that she will be going to Singapore next month so I think I will just buy her a Samsonite luggage. I liked my grannies’ luggage. Surely, my sister will like the luggage I will buy for her too.
